Our continued focus on building a bigger and better technology platform to keep up with our growth has kept the IT department pretty busy over the last several years.  As we grow our business and information technology footprint, it is only natural that we also need to increase human capital to support these ever-challenging systems and Packard’s growing headcount.  We are delighted to announce the addition of a new team member to our IT department.

Justin Pepper has accepted the role of Technical Support Technician II, in our IT Department effective August 5. In this position, Justin will provide effective customer support to end-users for computer, application, system, device, access, and hardware. Also, Justin will analyze existing systems and make proactive recommendations for improvements, as well as, develop, maintain, and implement all systems, and applications.  Justin will report to Kevin Finch, IT Department Manager.

When asked what he is looking forward to most at Packard, Justin responded with “discover more about the world of IT”.
