PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS:

• Our Kennesaw Distribution Center is located at 2700 Barrett Lakes BLVD, Suite 100, Kennesaw, GA 30144.
• Be sure to have the Purchase Order number for the order (PO#).
• Customer pick up is located in the back of the building near the loading docks.
• Park in the designated Guest parking area next to the steps.
• Go up the steps and into the door labeled “ Packard Customer Pick Up”.
• Ring the bell on the wall for service.
• Fill out the form on the clipboard with Date, PO#, print and sign name.
• This facility is open from 7:30 – 4:00 EST, Monday – Friday.
• Prior to 3:00 EST orders are usually ready for pick up within 1 hour from the time you receive your order confirmation.
