Jake Estep has accepted the role of Technical Refrigeration Specialist on our Product Development Team effective March 25th.  Jake will report to Dion Rohrer, Product Development Manager, and act as the bridge between sales and customer engineering, providing technical support and information to our sales staff and customers.

Jake has spent most of his career in field HVAC and construction roles and his position here at Packard will be his first desk job! Among his credentials are Universal EPA and Certified HVAC certifications.
